last update: Friday, September 5, 2008

Tantra is an ATTITUDE of LIVING LIFE FULLY.

By experiencing with an OPEN HEART and a CURIOUS MIND, the
tantrika becomes aware of what is limiting him and what is giving him more freedom.
By learning to know himself fully, he becomes more PRESENT to himself, the others and, finally, life itself. This consciousness and presence makes him able to says "YES!" to every situation, whether it is pleasant or not.

Here's a summary of what the practice Tantra offers you:
• OPEN LOVING HEART by total self-acceptance; letting go of any effort, constraint and judgement.
(by loving yourself more, makes you love others more too and …
the more you accept yourself, the easier it is to change! That's life paradox as put by Carl Rogers)

• MORE FREEDOM by letting go of limiting concepts (ideas, beliefs, judgments, …).
(being more free makes you want to liberate others too)

• MORE HAPPINESS by living in the present and dropping old thoughts.
(being more happy, tends to stimulates others to find their happiness)

• MORE ALIVENESS by breathing fully, moving freely and making your own sound.
(being more alive, give others permission to do the same)

Step by step, the tantrika becomes more FREE, HAPPY and PASSIONATE about life.
